Melbourne Victory players have just completed their final round of appearances at local football clubs before they went on a well deserved end-of-season holiday.

Croydon City Arrows, Fawkner Soccer Club, Langwarrin Soccer Club, Ashburton Soccer Club, Beaumaris Football Club, Knox United Soccer Club and Peninsula Strikers Soccer Club were all treated with visits from some of the Melbourne Victory squad, which included training drills, Q + A-s and signing sessions.

Melbourne Victory striker Danny Allsopp, who visited Croydon City Arrows, said “It-s a great experience to be involved with the junior players, they are the future of our game, it still amazes me the joy on their faces when you take them through a drill or sign an autograph for them.”

Lesley Gemmell, Club administrator at Ashburton Soccer Club, said “It-s always fantastic to have the Melbourne Victory boys attend our club, they are always a pleasure, and the kids get such a kick out of having professional players around our club”.
