What is my Finals Series Password?
For Melbourne Victory Members, your password is your 12-digit barcode number on the back of your membership card.
Can I purchase tickets on behalf of other members?
Yes, you will need to enter each member membership barcode number if you wish to purchase on their behalf.
Can I purchase tickets on behalf of non-members during the pre-sale?
During the pre-sale, 1-member barcode will allow the purchase of 1 ticket (excluding A-Lounge members who can purchase 2 tickets/barcode). If you would like to purchase additional tickets for non-members and sit together, you will need to wait for the general public on-sale. Note – if you wait until general public sale to purchase tickets, ticket availability may be limited.
Can I purchase my usual member seat?
As Finals Seres matches are run by FFA, there are seating map changes which means we can’t guarantee every members’ seat will be available. During the pre-sale, you are welcome to select and purchase your usual seat if it’s available.
I am a Melbourne Victory North End Standing/South End member, how many tickets can I purchase?
As a North End/South End Active Member you may purchase 1 ticket per membership barcode number with the ability to purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction, i.e. if a member wishes to purchase 6 tickets, they must enter 6 membership barcode numbers.
I am a Melbourne Victory A-Lounge member, how many tickets can I purchase?
As a Melbourne Victory A-Lounge member you may purchase 2 tickets per membership barcode number with the ability to purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction, i.e. if a member wishes to purchase 6 tickets, they must enter 3 membership barcode numbers.
Will there will be North End Standing Guest Passes available to the general public to purchase at the box office on game day?
There will be no North End Standing Guest Passes available for purchase through the final series. Melbourne Victory members will be able to purchase into North End Standing bays with their barcode via Ticketek. Non-members will not be able to purchase into the North End standing Bays.
If I use my password to purchase a ticket during the pre-sale can I use it more than once?
No. Your membership barcode number is valid for one use only during the Melbourne Victory Members pre-sale, 9am Monday April 29 – 9am Tuesday April 30 (local time). If you wish to purchase additional tickets, you may do so during the General Public pre-sale which commence 11am Tuesday April 30 (local time).
I have purchased my ticket why haven’t I received it yet?
All tickets will be sent or available for venue/outlet collection after General Public on sale commences, 11am Tuesday April 30 (local time).
