The Hyundai A-League 2017 Grand Final between Sydney FC and Melbourne Victory is a sell-out, with all available general public tickets sold for Sunday’s decider at Allianz Stadium.

A crowd of more than 40,000 will transform Allianz Stadium into a cross-border sea of blue with Sydney and Victory fans generating the type of atmosphere that has made the Hyundai A-League Grand Final one of the biggest events on the Australian sports calendar.

It is the seventh consecutive Grand Final sell-out and the 10th in 12 years.

“The 2017 Grand Final is shaping as one of the best on record with Sydney FC and Melbourne Victory going toe to toe in front of another full stadium,” said FFA CEO David Gallop.

“There’s no doubt this promises to be a special occasion on and off the field

“The A-League Grand Final is firmly entrenched as one of the most anticipated sporting events in Australian sport and for the seventh straight season the house full sign will go up to ensure another great A-League season ends with a bang.”

FFA and Allianz Stadium officials are asking fans attending Sunday’s Grand Final to take advantage of the free transport available through the integrated ticketing from all over Sydney.

Moore Park will be extremely busy on Sunday with an AFL match at the SCG starting at 1.10pm and finishing at approximately 4.00pm, so fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid congestion outside the stadium at that time.
