Melbourne Victory winger Marco Rojas scored his fourth goal in five international appearances as New Zealand beat Fiji 2-0 in Lautoka on Saturday.

Rojas struck in the 55th minute, pouncing on a defensive error and doubling the All Whites’ lead with an easy finish.

Chris Wood had opened the scoring six minutes earlier, with the Kiwis earning three valuable points in 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying.

Victory forward Jai Ingham was an unused substitute for the All Whites, who return to New Zealand for another match against Fiji on Tuesday.
