Changes to the match day experience
We are extremely excited to have our loyal members and fans back in the stands, but it is important to note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some changes to your usual match day experience.
To help create a safe environment for everyone;

use e-tickets only (note: membership cards will not grant you access into the stadium)

enter the stadium through the gate printed on your ticket

enter the stadium during the recommended timeframe on your ticket

minimise movement around venue as much as possible

maintain a physical distance

practice good hygiene

the venue is accepting cashless transactions only
Please remember to wear your mask when moving around the venue – even when the roof is open.
Seating Requirements
To help create a safe environment for everyone, patrons are required to remain seated in their allocated seat, unless leaving the venue, purchasing food and beverages, using bathroom facilities or in the case of emergency.
Standing will be permitted during “Stand By Me”.
These requirements are in place to make sure you have a safe visit to the venue and maintain Victorian Government-required social distancing.

Bag Restrictions
For sporting events at Marvel Stadium, any item or bag that is greater than A4-size is not permitted inside the venue.
Transport & Parking
We strongly encourage all patrons to take Public Transport to the venue. To plan your journey, visit the PTV website.
Parking is available at Marvel Stadium and can be booked in advance via the Marvel Stadium website.

Membership Support & Scarf Collection
Our 2020/21 membership scarves collection and member services are available at the membership hub located at gate 5. Just bring the scarf coupon which was included in your membership pack.
A reminder that our new ‘pay as you go’ membership model allows members to purchase tickets to the home games they want to attend. Members receive a discount of approximately 50% off the daily ticket price. Members should check their email for information on how to purchase tickets at the discounted price.

Inside the stadium
Thanks to our match day partner, TAC, two lucky members will have the chance to kick against TAC’s Zero Hero mascot for the chance to win a catered corporate suite at an upcoming home game at AAMI Park.
TAC ambassadors will also be handing out free merchandise on Level 1 before the game!
One lucky member or fan will be selected before kick-off to participate in the half-time Delphi Bank competition – for a chance to win up to $1,000. The participant will have 60 seconds to answer 10 questions, starting with a nominated letter. $100 is awarded for each correct answer!
