Changes to the match day experience

We are extremely excited to have our loyal members and fans back in the stands but it is important to note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some changes to your usual match day experience.

To help create a safe environment for everyone;

  • use e-tickets only (note: membership cards will not grant you access into the stadium)
  • enter the stadium through the gate printed on your ticket
  • enter the stadium during the recommended timeframe on your ticket
  • minimise movement around venue as much as possible
  • maintain a physical distance
  • practice good hygiene 
  • the venue is accepting cashless transactions only
  • there will be no stadium pass outs

The wearing of face masks is mandatory when moving throughout the stadium (including arrival and departure) and is recommended when sitting in your seat.

North and South End
Please note you are unable to purchase tickets into the North or South End (Bays 38 & 17) due to the revised COVID-Safe operating plan at the venue. Bays 37, 39, 16 and 18 have been reclassified as General Admission.
 
Seating Requirements
To help create a safe environment for everyone, patrons are required to remain seated in their allocated row, unless leaving the venue, purchasing food and beverages, using bathroom facilities or in the case of emergency. 

Standing will be permitted during “Stand By Me” and during the national anthem.

These requirements are in place to make sure you have a safe visit to the venue and maintain Victorian Government-required social distancing.

Accessible Seating
For members requiring accessible seating please call 1300 665 915 or fill out this form: Accessible Seating Form. A Ticketek representative will call you once you have submitted your form. 

Bag restrictions
Backpacks and sports bags of any size are not permitted into AAMI Park for any event. This includes small backpacks and handbags that can be worn as backpacks. All other bags must be A4 size or smaller Any bag that does not meet these restrictions must cannot be brought into the Stadium. Patrons who arrive at the Stadium with restricted bags or any other prohibited item listed will not be permitted entry.

U-NITE

As part of our annual U-NITE match, we will be celebrating Australia’s multiculturalism in a variety of ways:

  • Pre-match Welcome to Country & Australian Anthem
  • Welcoming of conferees (28 of Australia’s newest citizens will be welcomed, having completed an official Citizenship Ceremony pre-match – they are from a total of 19 countries!)  
  • Multicultural performers (we’ll have Japanese drummers, Chinese lion dancers and more!)

Our 2020/21 membership scarves are available to collect for free from ticket windows 5,6 & 27,28 – just bring the scarf coupon which was included in your membership pack.

‘Pay as you go’ memberships

A reminder that our new ‘pay as you go’ membership model allows members to purchase tickets to the home games they want to attend. Members receive a discount of approximately 50% off the daily ticket price. Members should check their email for information on how to purchase tickets at the discounted price.

Merchandise

Get your new gear for the 2020/21 season!

Merchandise will be available at the Victory Shop near Edwin’s Cafe, as well as inside the stadium at the booths located at Aisles 4 & 24. Please note, there is a limit of 15 people allowed in the Victory Shop at any time due to COVID-19 regulations.

Inside the stadium

Two lucky fans will have the opportunity to have a crack at a half time obstacle course race, which involves challenges around getting ready for a day of work while also showing off your football skills – proudly presented by WorkSafe Victoria.

Online Victory Village

Our pre-match Victory Village is moving online! Join our E-League competitor Mo Zwed for games, music and more as he streams on Twitch and YouTube from 5pm.
