Changes to the match day experience
We are extremely excited to have our loyal members and fans back in the stands, but it is important to note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some changes to your usual match day experience.
To help create a safe environment for everyone;
- use e-tickets only (note: membership cards will not grant you access into the stadium)
- enter the stadium through the gate printed on your ticket
- enter the stadium during the recommended timeframe on your ticket
- minimise movement around venue as much as possible
- maintain a physical distance
- practice good hygiene
- the venue is accepting cashless transactions only
- there will be no stadium pass outs
Masks must be carried at all times and are recommended when you cannot maintain a social distance of 1.5m.
Do not attend if you are;
- Feeling unwell
- Awaiting COVID test results
- Meant to be self-isolating or in quarantine
- Visited a current public exposure site
Active Support and capacity
Melbourne Victory welcomes back its active supporters for the game at AAMI Park. Active support plays an integral role in the identity of the club and we are excited for its return.
Standing and chanting is permitted for the entirety of the match, however, we encourage our supporters to remain in front of their allocated seats.
The stadium’s capacity has also been increased to 75% ahead of this Sunday’s fixture.

Bag restrictions
For sporting events at AAMI Park, any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the venue and a limit of one bag per person applies.
Transport & Parking
We strongly encourage all patrons to take public transport to the venue. To plan your journey, visit the PTV website.

Membership Support & Scarf Collection
Our 2020/21 membership scarves collection and member services will be located at Entrance F ticket window numbers 5 & 6.
A reminder that our new ‘pay as you go’ membership model allows members to purchase tickets to the home games they want to attend. Members receive a discount of approximately 50% off the daily ticket price. Members should check their email for information on how to purchase tickets at the discounted price.

Merchandise
Get your new gear for the 2020/21 season! Merchandise will be available at the Victory Shop near Edwin’s Cafe, as well as inside the stadium at the booths located at Aisles 4 & 24. Please note, there is a limit of 15 people allowed in the Victory Shop at any time due to COVID-19 regulations.
Half-time
Delphi Bank’s Half-Time Hype Up is back – with Delphi Bucks! We’ll randomly select a Victory fan from the crowd and ask you 10 questions about football all beginning with a nominated letter (example: B) – for your chance to WIN $1,000 from Delphi Bank!
