Melbourne Victory and Daikin Australia extend partnership

Melbourne Victory is pleased to announce Daikin Australia has extended its partnership following the Club’s qualification for the 2020 AFC Champions League.

Daikin Australia will continue as Victory’s official front of shirt partner for the ACL group stage, which starts against Thailand’s Chiangrai United at AAMI Park on February 11.

Victory CEO Trent Jacobs said it was great to have Daikin continue its partnership with the club.

“We’d like to thank Daikin Australia for their continued support,” Jacobs said.

“As a club we are excited to have qualified for the ACL group stage, and it’s great Daikin will be joining us as we continue our campaign.”

“This is the eighth season Victory will compete in the ACL, and we wish our coaching staff and squad all the best for the upcoming group stage.”

Daikin Australia Managing Director, Shaun Uehara, congratulated Victory on qualifying for the 2020 ACL.

“On behalf of everyone at Daikin Australia, we would like to congratulate Melbourne Victory on qualifying for its eighth AFC Champions League,” Uehara said. 

“We are excited to continue our partnership with Victory though the group stage, and we look forward to watching with interest as they take on some of the biggest clubs in Asia.”
