Newly acquired joint Principal Partners Adecco and EnergyWatch were personally introduced to the Melbourne Victory family.
The evening proved a huge success, with all players being auctioned, complete with a schedule of benefits to the respective players’ sponsor.
The highlight of the evening came when No. 22, and star recruit Harry Kewell, spoke excitedly and openly about being part of the Melbourne Victory playing squad and not surprisingly, his lot was purchased for a significant amount for the benefit of the club.
A stirring speech by Melbourne Victory Chairman, Anthony Di Pietro, was the prelude to an eventful evening and whet the appetite as we continue the build-up into Hyundai A-League Season 2011/12.
On behalf of the Chairman, Directors, shareholders, players, management and staff, the entire club thank all those attended and supported the evening.
