Melbourne Victory makes the trip to Eastern Lions in Round 10 of the NPL2 West on Saturday.
Victory has suffered three straight losses heading into the encounter at Gardiners Creek Reserve.
It took an early lead against Werribee City last time out thanks to Nuh Sehavdic, but conceded a late goal to lose 2-1.
Sehavdic’s goal, which was set up by a fine run from Birkan Kirdar, was his fourth of the season – a team-high for Victory.
Victory is eighth on the table through nine rounds this season, while it has lost just one of its three matches away from home this campaign.
Eastern Lions are eighth in the NPL2 East after winning three of their opening nine games.
Victory and the Lions last met in 2017, with the former winning 4-1 at Epping Stadium thanks to a Pierce Waring brace and goals from Christian Theoharous and Nicholas Sette.

“We’re always looking for improvement. I’d like to think that we need to know that our effort is important to us on the weekend and we need to use the ball in better ways than we did against Werribee.
