Melbourne Victory makes the trip to Nunawading City in Round 19 of the NPL2 West on Sunday.

Victory has suffered back-to-back losses since its five-match unbeaten run was ended by Moreland City.

It went down 2-0 to Brunswick City last time out, despite a huge effort in tough conditions at Dunstan Reserve.

With 10 games remaining this season, Victory plays seven away from home, including the trip to Mahoneys Reserve.

The back-to-back losses have seen Victory slip to seventh on the table, while Nunawading is 10th in the NPL2 East.

Victory has been unable to score in its past three games, while it has lost just two of its seven away matches this season.

Head coach Gareth Naven

“All we’d probably like to improve on was some end product. I think there was nice effort, we need to keep on improving how we defend in certain situations, but more importantly, for all the good work and the effort we’re producing, let’s see if we can finish off with some end product and reward ourselves with some goals.”
