Melbourne Victory hosts NPL2 West leader Altona Magic at Epping Stadium on Sunday.
Victory returned to winning ways in Round 19, edging past Nunawading City 3-2 in a thrilling encounter.
Brady Quinn, Yazid Said and Maker Maker were on the scoresheet, the latter heading in an 86th-minute winner on his 19th birthday.
For Quinn and Maker, it was their first goals of the campaign, while Said netted his second.
The win moved Victory into sixth on the table, seven points adrift of second place.
Ahead of its visit to Epping Stadium, Altona is top and on a six-match unbeaten run.
The teams battled to a 0-0 draw when they met at Paisley Park in March.
