Melbourne Victory welcomed over 1200 guests to Palladium at Crown on Friday for another successful Victory in Business Luncheon, proudly presented by AGL.

The event featured an insight from Victory chairman Anthony Di Pietro, who confirmed the club’s support for Hyundai A-League expansion.

Di Pietro also reiterated the need for greater representation for Hyundai A-League clubs in Football Federation Australia’s constitution.

Special guests in attendance included Football Federation Australia CEO David Gallop and Caltex Socceroos head coach Ange Postecoglou.

The event was also attended by chairmen and representatives from Adelaide United, Melbourne City, Perth Glory, Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers.

Fox Sports CEO Patrick Delany delivered an engaging keynote speech, while Postecoglou and Victory great Archie Thompson joined Fox Sports’ Simon Hill on stage for a panel discussion.

Guests, who had the opportunity to network with some of Australia’s business leaders, also enjoyed entertainment from Mike Yang and comedian Dave Hughes.
