Pierce Waring and Christian Theoharous have been promoted to Melbourne Victory’s 18-man squad for Sunday’s clash against Central Coast.
Waring is coming off a hat-trick in Victory’s NYL pre-season match against City, and enters the squad in good form.
Besart Berisha’s availability is yet to be determined, facing the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee on Thursday night.
Victory is undefeated in its last 12 matches against the Mariners, including a 3-0 win the last time the sides met at Central Coast Stadium.
