With her family always by her side, Sophia fought a long battle against cancer.
She had a great relationship with the club and in particular with Archie Thompson.
Sophia was always so happy to see Archie, greeting him with a massive smile despite her pain.
Sophia was a beautiful young lady and incredible fighter whose final wish was to draw attention to the cancers that affect children.
