Melbourne Victory wishes to advise midfielder Jimmy Jeggo has decided to pursue other opportunities and will not return next season.

Jeggo made 30 Hyundai A-League and four AFC Champions League appearances for Victory since joining the club at the beginning of the 2010/11 season as part of its National Youth League set up, making his senior debut in November, 2011.

Melbourne Victory Coach Kevin Muscat thanked Jeggo for his service to the club.

“Jimmy has been a pleasure to work with during his time at Melbourne Victory and was an important part of our recent A-League and Asian Champions League campaigns,” Muscat said.

“He is a great guy to have around the place and was very popular in the changeroom, so we certainly wish him all the very best for the future.”
