Melbourne Victory will face Shanghai SIPG in the Asian Champions League, after the Chinese side secured a spot in the Group Stage.
Shanghai defeated Thai side Chaingrai United 1-0 in a play-off overnight, thanks to a goal by Yu Hai in the 58th minute.
They will join Victory in Group F, along with Ulsan Hyundai and Kawasaki Frontale.
Victory faced Shanghai in the 2016 edition of the Champions League, winning 2-1 at home before falling to a 3-1 loss away.
Victory's Champions League campaign begins on Tuesday, 13 February when its hosts Kawasaki at Melbourne Rectangular Stadium.
