Melbourne Victory’s KFC Regional Roadshows will kick-off again this weekend!
Selected Victory players will be appearing at several major regional centres, giving young footballers valuable tips, signing autographs and also meeting with fans.
Melbourne Victory’s community coaches will also be on hand to take junior footballers through some exciting mini-clinics.
As part of this year’s KFC Regional Roadshows, Victory will head to Bendigo, Traralgon, Geelong and Shepparton in September.
Captain Mark Milligan said he was looking forward to taking part in the KFC Regional Roadshows, which were an important part of the club’s pre-season preparations.
“These Roadshows give us a chance to meet our regional fans in their hometown and also reach out and spend some extra time with some talented regional footballers,” Milligan said.
“All the boys love getting out to these Roadshows. With our Ballarat Roadshow, we’ll also be playing a pre-season friendly against the Ballarat Red Devils on the same evening, so it will be a great night out for everyone.”
This year, Melbourne Victory’s KFC Regional Roadshows will take place at the following locations:
Bendigo – Saturday, September 13: Epsom Huntly Reserve, Midland Highway, Epsom, 10:30am – 1:30pm
Traralgon – Saturday, September 13: Latrobe University Sports Stadium, Crinigan Rd, Morwell, 10:30am – 1:30pm
Geelong – Sunday, September 14: Myers Reserve, Geelong Rangers Soccer Club, Bluestone Bridge Rd, Bell Post Hill, 10:30am – 1:30pm
Shepparton – Sunday, September 14: McEwen Reserve, Brauman St, Shepparton, 10:30am – 1:30pm
