Melbourne Victory has added three players to an extended squad for Saturday’s Hyundai A-League clash with Newcastle Jets at AAMI Park.

Tickets for the match are available here.

Marco Rojas returns from international duty with New Zealand, while Stefan Nigro and Lucas Spinella have been promoted.

Rojas has starred for Victory with five goals in six matches in all competitions since his return to the club this season.

Nigro has made two Hyundai A-League appearances this campaign, with Spinella replacing injured back-up goalkeeper Alastair Bray.

Victory has not played a match since November 12 – when it accounted for Western Sydney Wanderers 3-0 – after last week’s game against Wellington Phoenix was postponed.

With a game in hand, Victory is fifth on the Hyundai A-League ladder, four points clear of the seventh-placed Jets.

Victory has won three of its past four matches, scoring 12 goals in that time, while Newcastle is winless in its past five outings.

But the two sides have been evenly matches over their past eight encounters, with four draws and two wins apiece.

Tickets for the match are available here.
