The TAC joined forces with Melbourne Victory as the club’s Major Community Partner in 2006.
An important aspect of the community partnership has been Victory-s involvement with Victorians recovering from road trauma.
All Victory players have learnt about the impact of road trauma, and the devastating effect it can have on peoples lives.
The players have been inspired by many road trauma victims whom they have met, working with them on their rehabilitation through hospital visits, client days and training visits.
The TAC has had a significant presence on Victory match days, with breath testing teams on hand at every home game, reinforcing the dangers of drink-driving, and the difference that can be made on the roads by simply reducing speed.
Remember, we-re tackling driver fatigue head on and ask that Victory members and supporters take care on the road this Easter.
