Melbourne Victory produced a fine display to claim a 4-0 win over Adelaide United in the Westfield W-League on Saturday.

Jeon Ga-eul and Lia Privitelli scored their first goals for the club and Natasha Dowie netted twice at Lakeside Stadium.

The dominant display marked Victory’s second win of the campaign as it moved onto seven points from six games, celebrating its 10th anniversary in style.

Victory took the lead in the 11th minute as Dowie got the final touch after an Angela Beard corner, marking her record-breaking 15th goal for the club.

Jeon, Christina Gibbons and Privitelli all threatened before Victory doubled its lead.

Dowie did superbly down the right before cutting back to Jeon, who calmly found the bottom corner from just inside the area.

Just eight minutes before half-time and it was 3-0, Privitelli receiving Gibbons’ pass and stepping inside and firing past Sarah Willacy.

Dowie made it four early in the second half, heading in a Beard corner.

The star forward also hit the post in an otherwise uneventful second half as Victory closed out a comfortable win.
